Position: BIM Modeller / Revit Expert Location: NewCold – Warsaw, Poland Role Type: Full-time (Hybrid: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
Are you an expert in Revit Family creation with a passion for precise, high-performance BIM workflows? NewCold is looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeller to join our international Design & Engineering team in Warsaw. In this role, you will play a critical part in our infrastructure projects, collaborating directly with BIM Managers and engineering teams to develop high-quality, parametric Revit objects. Key Responsibilities Project Development: Based on the input received, create a BIM model that includes 16 different disciplines. Revit Family Development : Create, manage, and optimize complex Revit families (objects) for internal and external project requirements. Workflow Standards : Ensure all models adhere to international ISO 19650 standards. Project Documentation : Assist in the development of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), including PIR, EIR, and LOD requirements. Advanced Modelling : Utilize advanced Revit formulas and conditional parameters to ensure object intelligence and efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaborati on: Partner with engineers, BIM Managers, and external suppliers to deliver high-quality project data in an international environment.
Qualifications & Experience Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering. Experience: 3–4+ years of proven experience specifically in Revit Object Modelling (Family Editor). Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Autodesk Revit (Required). Experience with Tekla Structures (Preferred). Technical Knowledge : Understanding of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methods, including BIM 4D and 5D workflows. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for team members. Soft Skills : Strong time management, a high level of attention to detail, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
