Tax Officer

What you´ll do

• Prepare and reconcile Output VAT Reports and ensure accurate tax reporting.
• Prepare and reconcile prepaid withholding tax accounts.
• Collect, analyse, and maintain tax incentive and tax benefit data for Corporate Income Tax (CIT) calculations.
• Prepare and support tax disclosure forms and related tax reporting requirements.
• Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of tax invoices (Sales for Domestic, Export and Free Trade Zones)
• Support tax audits, tax filings, and compliance activities as required.
• Provide tax-related data, analysis, and documentation to support tax projects and business initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance tax compliance and reporting efficiency.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in taxation, accounting.
• Basic knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.
• Experience in tax compliance, tax reporting, and account reconciliation would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with export transactions, Free Trade Zones (FTZ), and related tax documentation is a plus.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and SAP is advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
