Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our customers, visitors, and business partners. This role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome visitors, customers, and business partners in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Coordinate visitor appointments and meeting schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Organise and maintain company records, files, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and assist with meeting logistics.
- Monitor and order office supplies when needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements and hotel bookings for management when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Office Administrator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using office equipment (printers, scanners, telephone systems).
