Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, payments, and product support Provide professional customer service experience Troubleshoot basic technical/device-related issues Maintain accurate customer records and system updates
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in any field Fluent in Cantonese and English Mandarin is an added advantage Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Customer service/call center experience is an advantage Good communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
