Role Overview

Are you a motivated, people-oriented individual who enjoys connecting with others and helping create meaningful experiences? We are expanding our remote team and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Home-Based Sales Consultants.

In this role, you will work with clients to understand their travel goals, explore available vacation opportunities, and provide personalized solutions that match their preferences and needs. You'll combine relationship-building, customer support, and sales skills to help travelers discover options that fit their lifestyle, interests, and budget.

From luxury resorts and all-inclusive vacations to cruises, family getaways, group experiences, and international adventures, you'll help clients navigate their choices and create memorable journeys from the comfort of your home.

No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing resources to help you build confidence and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their travel interests, goals, and expectations
  • Identify vacation opportunities that align with client preferences and budgets
  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and travel experiences
  • Provide personalized recommendations and solutions based on client needs
  • Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, reservations, and trip details
  • Guide clients through the decision-making and booking process
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and virtual platforms
  • Collaborate with supplier partners to confirm availability and finalize arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records of client conversations, bookings, and travel information
  • Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support throughout their planning journey
  • Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and industry updates
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience from inquiry to completion

Qualifications

  • Interest in sales, customer service, hospitality, travel, consulting, or client relations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and understanding their needs
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
