Role Summary

Are you looking for a flexible remote opportunity where you can help others create memorable travel experiences while developing valuable professional skills? We are growing our team and seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as Travel Income Consultants.

In this role, you will assist clients with exploring vacation options, coordinating travel plans, and identifying experiences that match their interests, schedules, and budgets. You'll work closely with travelers throughout the planning process while building expertise in customer relations, travel coordination, and business development.

From all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, destination celebrations, and international adventures, you'll help clients discover exciting opportunities and create experiences they'll remember for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to learn about their travel goals, preferences, and priorities
  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences
  • Present personalized travel recommendations based on client interests and budgets
  • Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the planning and reservation process
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual communication platforms
  • Work with supplier partners to secure reservations and confirm travel arrangements
  • Monitor itinerary details, booking updates, and client requests
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, travel plans, and reservations
  • Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
  • Deliver exceptional service designed to create a positive client experience

Qualifications

  • Interest in customer service, sales, hospitality, travel, consulting, or relationship-based roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring countries
