In this role, you will work closely with travelers to understand their interests, preferences, and vacation goals. You'll assist with researching destinations, comparing travel options, and coordinating personalized travel experiences that align with each client's vision and budget.
From tropical resort escapes and cruise vacations to family adventures, group travel, and international journeys, you'll play an important role in helping clients plan memorable experiences from start to finish.
No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, and vacation objectives
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
- Create customized travel recommendations tailored to individual needs and budgets
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements including lodging, transportation, activities, and excursions
- Provide guidance and planning support throughout the travel preparation process
- Communicate with clients through email, phone, and virtual communication platforms
- Collaborate with supplier partners to secure reservations and confirm travel details
- Monitor itinerary updates, booking confirmations, and client requests
- Maintain organized records of client information, bookings, and travel plans
- Stay current on destination information, travel trends, and supplier promotions
- Deliver outstanding service throughout the planning and reservation experience
Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, sales, or consulting-related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships and provide excellent client support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently
- Proficiency with computers, online systems, and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
