Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer business and operational stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational processes.
• Elicit, analyse, validate, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the TDA and Solution Architects to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and enterprise architecture.
• Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams throughout delivery.
• Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT sessions.
• Support integration analysis across multiple systems and external interfaces.
• Coordinate defect triage, production support, and post-release validation.
• Maintain traceability from business requirements through solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support release planning, deployment readiness, and operational transition activities.
