Diesel Mechanic 1X

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (SUMMARY)

To use the most efficient and economical measures by planning, organizing, systemizing, reporting and coordinating of the maintenance and services on all equipment and vehicles of Rent-a-Drum & all other sister companies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Grade 12

Heavy duty Drivers license Code C1 - CE

Qualified petrol and diesel mechanic level 3

Hydraulic and auto electric experience will be an advantage

At least 5 years experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Repairs and maintenance on all vehicles.
• Repairs and maintenance on all equipment.
• Opening & Closing of Job Cards
• Responsible for Workshop and staff
• Standby for the Workshop duties and any Breakdowns
• General
