Location: Tunbridge Wells - Hybrid
Are you an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys working in a modern, well-organised financial planning practice where high standards, excellent client service and efficient processes are genuinely valued?
Hitchell Financial Planning is looking to recruit an exceptional IFA Administrator who can bring a wealth of experience from within independent financial advice. This isn't a role for someone looking to learn the basics – we're looking for someone who has already worked across pensions, investments, and platforms, understands how a first-class advice business operates and wants the flexibility of hybrid working without compromising on the quality of the work they do.

The role
You'll play a key role supporting Financial Advisers by managing client cases from start to finish, ensuring new business and ongoing servicing are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Your work will include
- Processing pensions, investments, and ISA business.
- Managing client cases from submission through to completion.
- Preparing documentation before and after client meetings.
- Liaising with providers to obtain valuations, illustrations, and policy information.
- Processing withdrawals, top-ups, fund switches and rebalances.
- Preparing annual review documentation.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring FCA and GDPR compliance.
- Keeping advisers informed of case progress while providing excellent client service throughout.
What we're looking for
You'll already have experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser or Wealth Management firm and be comfortable managing a varied workload with minimal supervision.
You'll have
- Previous IFA administration experience.
- Experience administering pensions and investment business.
- Knowledge of modern adviser platforms and provider systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to manage your own workload.
- Outstanding communication and client service skills.
- A desire to continually improve processes and contribute positively to the wider team.
