Tasks

• Planning, preparing and monitoring quotations
• Planning, implementing and monitoring projects
• Carrying out opportunity and risk assessments
• Resource planning and coordination with specialist areas/departments
• Preparing and maintaining stakeholder analyses
• Preparing and amending system profiles for setting up projects and defining access rights in the databases
• Preparing and maintaining project manuals and overviews
• Project controlling and monthly cost-to-completion calculations
• Preparing and maintaining project plans
• Preparing internal project orders
• Monitoring the usage of hours (project progress)
• Preparation of project completion reports
• Conducting project kick-off and project review meetings
• Project management, coordination and monitoring of work orders in the specialist departments
• Correspondence with internal/external specialist departments, various subcontractors and clients
• Preparation and verification of delivery notes
• UAN management

Requirements

• A degree or vocational qualification with further training as a technician in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline
• Professional experience in project management
• Industry knowledge in the fields of ILS and defence technology
• English language proficiency at EFSET Level C1 where documents in English are to be handled
• German language proficiency at least at Level C1 or native speaker level
