Job description

Want to give your cybersecurity career a boost in on-premise environments?

Join Sekoia as a Technical Account Manager – Self-Hosted in our Customer Success team. Trained on our Sekoia Self-Hosted platform , a fully customer-operated, Kubernetes -based security analytics solution, you'll be your customers' trusted technical liaison throughout the entire lifecycle of their on-premise deployments, including air-gapped and highly regulated environments. From initial architecture design and infrastructure sizing to upgrades, patch management, and renewal, you'll work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers and Sales Executives to maximize value and drive expansion.

Your missions

Lead pre-sales and post-sales technical workshops to define infrastructure requirements (compute, networking, storage, S3-compatible object storage) and guide customers through the deployment of Sekoia Self-Hosted on bare-metal or virtual machines.

Validate compliance with air-gap, sovereignty, and regulatory constraints (government, defense, finance, critical infrastructure) and advise on cluster sizing across deployment profiles.

Audit on-premise configurations using Grafana, Prometheus, and SHC diagnostics to assess performance, resilience, and security hardening, and recommend improvements across backup, HA, and disaster-recovery strategies.

Co-facilitate hands-on workshops (with the CSM) to upskill SecOps and infrastructure teams, demonstrate advanced use cases (custom parsers, correlation rules, threat-hunting dashboards), and support customers operated by MSSPs or sovereign providers.

Define and track on-premise SLAs and KPIs , lead root-cause investigations during incidents, coordinate fix deployments, and deliver detailed action plans.

Conduct periodic health checks to review configuration drift, performance metrics, and feature adoption, and feed improvement requests back to Product and R&D.

Act as the technical escalation point during major outages alongside the CSM, and document lessons learned to strengthen internal processes.

Support renewal and upsell discussions by delivering demos, platform health metrics, and ROI analysis, and identifying opportunities (additional modules, premium support, GPU nodes for AI features).

Liaise between customers and internal teams (Support, Product, R&D, Infrastructure) to prioritize critical requirements and influence the self-hosted roadmap.

📍 The position can be based ideally in Rennes, or in Paris, or fully remote from France. Professional trips paid for by the company will be required.
