Senior Program Manager

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves the establishment of a Program Management Office (PMO) for a significant client project, focusing on the implementation of new capabilities and large infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in setting up and managing complex programs.
• Coordinate with internal IT Service Owners to ensure timely implementation of programs.
• Guide the initiation of the PMO with a limited team.
• Oversee and coordinate urgent infrastructure-related programs.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT programs (>50M EUR) with measurable business or operational outcomes.
• Experience in providing clear explanations of job position and company context.
• Ability to state at least 2 program references.
• Experience in making directives in relevant contexts.
• Demonstrated involvement in boards and clarity on roles held.
• Possession of at least a NS clearance.
• Clear indication of relevant experience.
• Leadership role must be clearly explained.
