Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the quality of services, processes, and deliverables.
• Conduct quality assessments and process audits in line with ISO standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of quality best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure service quality.
• Produce quality reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• University Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering (completed in Portugal).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management and Quality Control.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and process auditing.
• English proficiency (minimum B1/B2 level).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in critical environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
