Job description
You'll help develop everything from big campaign ideas and social content to websites, video scripts, brand messaging and digital experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients.
What You'll Do
- Develop compelling concepts and integrated campaign ideas across digital, social, video, experiential and traditional channels.
- Help shape and evolve brand voice, messaging frameworks and campaign platforms.
- Present creative ideas internally and to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Balance multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas that go beyond the brief.
- Ensure work is strategically grounded, on-brand and aligned with client objectives.
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of copywriting experience at an advertising agency, creative agency or in-house creative team.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work.
- Ability to write across multiple formats—from headlines to long-form storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of brand voice and audience-driven messaging.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Curiosity, collaboration and a desire to continually improve your craft.
- Ability to receive feedback thoughtfully and elevate the work through iteration.
