The Vice President of Implementation will lead the strategy, structure, and execution of the WealthPlus onboarding function across new client setup, strategic partner launches, plan conversions, employer setup, payroll integration, and early-stage client adoption. This senior leader will be responsible for building and managing the team, processes, and service standards that ensure every new client, advisor, TPA, plan sponsor, and participant experiences a smooth and successful transition onto the WealthPlus platform. This role is ideal for an experienced operational and client-facing leader who understands how to scale onboarding in a fintech, retirement, or recordkeeping environment. The VP of Implementation will partner closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Client Experience to ensure new business is implemented accurately, efficiently, and in a way that sets the foundation for long-term client success. Experience in retirement, recordkeeping, wealth technology, or workplace benefits is strongly preferred.
