Base Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour + commission + performance incentives

We're looking for a driven, phone-confident Sales Development Representative to join our high-performance call center team. This is a sales role first — you'll make outbound calls, follow up on estimates, and convert every conversation, inbound or outbound, into a scheduled job. What You'll Do
Drive Revenue Through Every Call
- Make outbound calls to schedule service, follow up on estimates, and generate new opportunities
- Convert inbound and outbound conversations into booked appointments
- Confidently guide customers to the next step — every call has a goal
Perform in a Metrics-Driven Environment
- Hit clear, structured targets for call volume and booking performance
- Manage a high-activity workload while staying organized and accurate

What You Bring
Experience
- 1–3+ years in outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, or inside sales — call center or customer service background is a plus, not a requirement
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and working toward booking/close targets
Skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to control and guide a conversation
- Confidence handling objections and asking directly for the next step
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Emotional intelligence, professionalism, and accountability
Technical
- Experience with CRM systems
- ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets)
Education High school diploma or GED required
