If a guest wants to leave their luggage with you, you kindly assist them. Everything with a smile and empathy, even during complains. You are always in the spotlight and perform on the stage of Mövenpick. You work hard, even if your shift is running a bit later, for the guests that will choose our hotel again. There are no limits to your abilities. In addition, you will be: - assisting hotel guests upon arrival and departure by helping with luggage transportation. - organizing taxis for our guests. - providing advice on tourist activities in Amsterdam and making reservations for restaurants and booking tickets. - make sure that the lobby always looks presentable. - the point of contact for all questions in the hotel, from a to z; - the face of our hotel. In this role, you will work different shifts. The shifts may start at 06:30, 08:00, or perhaps a mid-shift from 11:00. You don't mind working weekends.
