Assembly Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support and sustain manufacturing equipment operations in semiconductor assembly production. The candidate will be responsible for equipment troubleshooting, uptime improvement and continuous improvement activities for Die Bonder, Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) and Oven processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure minimum production downtime.
• Lead the team for improvement projects for Die Bonder, AVI and Oven equipment.
• Drive equipment uptime, reliability and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Support machine qualification, setup and buyoff activities for new equipment or process changes.
• Collaborate with Production, Process and Quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or other related.
• Able to support production during equipment escalation when required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
