About The Role

As we continue to deliver our strategic ambitions, we are looking for an experienced People Change Partner to help leaders deliver strategic workforce initiatives and sustainable change across the University.
Working alongside our People Partners, you will enable the successful delivery of workforce and organisational change, helping to translate business strategy into practical, sustainable outcomes. You will provide specialist change expertise, workforce insight and data-led analysis to inform decision-making and support the successful implementation of workforce initiatives.
Working closely with leaders across academic and professional service areas, you will support the full lifecycle of change, from workforce planning and organisational design through to implementation and embedding new ways of working. Throughout, you will help ensure change is delivered in a way that is engaging, inclusive and aligned to our values, with a strong focus on staff experience and organisational effectiveness.

About You
We are looking to hear from candidates who can offer
- Level 5 HR qualification or similar qualification/equivalent work experience.
- Recent and relevant experience in leading organisational change in a complex environment.
- Sound knowledge of change management principles, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience of using people data and insight to inform decision making and track progress of initiatives.
- Influence, tenacity and empathy; with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trusted relationships within a large and complex organisation.
- A collaborative and flexible team worker.
- An ability to multi-task confidently and competently.

This position is offered on a full time, permanent basis. This is an active people facing role, where a regular on-campus presence will be required, however, as we operate a hybrid flexible approach to working, there is the opportunity to work from home for some of the time.
