We're expanding our team in Sri Lanka and looking for a talented, collaborative Quality Assurance Analyst to join us.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures the accuracy, consistency, and quality of regulatory data before it reaches our customers. You'll play a key part in maintaining customer trust and supporting the scalability of the Data Quality team by identifying data quality issues, validating regulatory content, and continuously improving our QA processes.

Please note: this is a data validation role — you will not be writing or creating test cases. Instead, you'll validate regulatory data across a range of formats and tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure quality assurance objectives are met.
• Analyze data sets to identify inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies.
• Work closely with Data Quality teams to apply data quality controls, validations, and automated checks.
• Partner with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data management policies and regulations.
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data quality.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 1–2 years' experience in a QA or data quality environment.
• Intermediate (or above) Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A self-motivated, organized approach with a process-improvement mindset.

NICE TO HAVE

• Basic understanding of XML / structured data formats.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to SQL and data validation tools.
