General Laborer
Job description
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, automated particle board environment. Candidates must be able to work all shifts and pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test, as well as possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Successful candidate must be good team player and hard worker. This position is located in La Grande, Oregon.
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to make thoughtful time management decisions independently.
- Ability to prioritize work, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and seek feedback from management. Discern between urgent and non-urgent issues and act accordingly to solve them.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
- Team player and have the ability to work and interact with all levels throughout the organization
- Original thinking and creativity through resourcefulness, suggestions and problem solving
- Self-motivated and comfortable working individually and as part of a team.
- High energy level, strong work ethic, and positive approach to problem solving.
- Flexibility to handle continually changing priorities/demands
- Ability to understand advanced manufacturing concepts
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a post-offer physical and drug screen
