[EET] Digital Marketing Intern
Job description
1. Proposal Marketing & Product Communication (Key Focus)
- Support in building and refining marketing proposals (solution decks, product pitch, internal proposal materials).
- Transform raw inputs (features, data, technical info) into clear, compelling, and structured PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure proposals are visually consistent, easy to understand, and aligned with product value proposition.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate product capabilities into user-centric messaging.
- Continuously improve existing proposal decks based on feedback and usage.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Community Communication
- Proactively communicate product updates to raise awareness and engagement.
- Follow up with stakeholders and product team to gather input and improve communication quality.
- Support in synthesizing feedback to enhance user experience narratives.
3. Internal Communication
- Support creation of internal communication materials (newsletters, announcements, updates).
- Publish monthly newsletters summarizing key activities and product updates.
- Ensure communication content is clear, structured, and visually appealing (primarily via PowerPoint/Office tools).
4. Event & Campaign Support
- Participate in planning and executing internal marketing activities (events, webinars, showcases).
- Support preparation of presentation materials and communication assets for events
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Under-graduated students with Major in Digital marketing or related.
- Working full-time in 6 months (Monday - Friday)
- Marketing-related internship/experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (speaking and writing).
- Strong interest in product marketing / B2B communication / proposal development.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills:
- Ability to structure content logically (storytelling, flow, key message framing).
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in building professional slides (pitch decks, reports, proposals).
