BIM Automation & Computational Modelling Specialist
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
BIM Automation & Digital Innovation:
Develop and implement advanced BIM automation workflows using Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, and C#.
Create intelligent and scalable automation solutions to improve productivity and design consistency.
Computational & Parametric Design:
Build parametric and computational design models that adapt to evolving project requirements.
Integrate data-driven methodologies to support informed engineering decisions.
Quality Assurance & Model Intelligence:
Implement automated QA/QC processes, advanced clash detection, and model health checks.
Support precision-driven design delivery at scale through real-time validation and analytics.
Workflow Optimization:
Design and maintain custom automation scripts to streamline multidisciplinary BIM workflows.
Enhance efficiency across design, coordination, and documentation stages.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with structural, architectural, and MEP teams in a digitally integrated environment.
Support the delivery of smart, sustainable, and future-ready engineering solutions.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, and C#.
Experience in developing BIM automation and computational workflows for large-scale projects.
Autodesk Revit Certification (preferred).
Knowledge of ISO 19650, Open BIM standards, and digital delivery best practices.
Exposure to sustainable design principles and emerging AI-driven methodologies is an advantage.
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India
