Marketing Associate (Temporary Contract) - Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care, Inc.

Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team in Toronto, Canada for a temporary position (part-time available). This role is ideal for co-op students and individuals looking to gain practical marketing experience in the cosmetics and personal care industry. As a Marketing Associate, you will support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing communications, and promoting our brand across multiple channels. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and collaborative teamwork are essential.

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement
• Support the coordination of marketing materials, including graphics, copy, and promotional assets
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
• Organize and maintain marketing databases, tracking campaign performance and metrics
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas and marketing initiatives
• Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events and product launches
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing marketing performance and insights
• Support the onboarding of new marketing projects and initiatives as assigned 
• Currently enrolled in an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate marketing concepts clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand management principles
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing applications
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to accuracy
• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
• Enthusiasm for the cosmetics and personal care industry
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned projects
• Preferred: Experience with digital marketing tools, content creation, or email marketing platforms
• Preferred: Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
• Preferred: Knowledge of the cosmetics and personal care market trends
