Title and Summary
Director, Data Scientist
Director of Data Science Lead and scale high-impact Data Science initiatives driving Open Finance and AI-led products. Own end-to-end delivery of production-grade ML/LLM solutions, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to balance accuracy, scalability, and business impact.
- Drive strategy and execution of data science solutions across global markets
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DS team
- Deliver scalable, production-ready models and pipelines
- Align with Product/Engineering on tradeoffs and roadmap priorities
- Communicate outcomes and influence senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years in Data Science/ML, strong leadership experience, proven track record delivering production AI/ML systems, deep expertise in modeling and scalable DS platforms.
Preferred
- NLP expertise (including MPNet), experience with large-scale global models.
