Intern - Social Media Specialist

• Regularly manage and triage inbound messages via Meta Business suite to flag and escalate any potential leads or concerns
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms on time, following the agreed content calendar
• Track post-level insights/analytics (reach, engagement, saves, etc.) and report which content types are performing best, so the team can replicate what works
• Draft copy in both English and Tagalog for posts, captions, and replies where needed
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite required; hands-on experience preferred
• Comfortable reading platform analytics/insights and drawing basic conclusions (not just reporting raw numbers)
• Excellent written English and Tagalog
• Proactive and responsive
• Able to commit 3–6 months minimum, remote
