Acquisition Program Manager

Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Government Program Manager and Government Engineers in the day-to-day planning and execution activities of their assigned programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage schedules, and the capability to provide comprehensive support for program milestones. #ASFS Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 10 yrs experience in Program Management, 8 years with MS
• Demonstrates proactive initiative in identifying and addressing challenges, consistently driving projects forward with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-directed; works independently and is familiar with Air Force and Government processes.
• Familiarity with statutory and regulatory documentation requirements
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in a Program Office environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g. Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Warfighting Acquisitions University (WAU)
• Acquisitions Experience
• PMP
• Familiarity with Regulatory and Statutory documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
