Associate - Commercial Litigation Group
Location: Los Angeles, CA
The Los Angeles office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking an Associate to join the Commercial Litigation Group.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of litigation experience at a law firm, representing clients in both CA state court, as well as federal court, in all phases of litigation, including: discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and hearings.
- Trial experience or trial preparation experience is a plus.
- Candidates should also demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills; as well as possess strong academic credentials from a Top 50 law school.
- The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of an active trial practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for client matters, and exhibit the interpersonal skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
- Admission to the California Bar is required.
