JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide administrative support for the organization’s Safety Management System (SMS)

Assist in conducting internal safety and compliance audits per the audit programme

Coordinate in safety occurrences investigation and monitor preventive recommendations

Assist in risk assessments to identify potential hazards under guidance

Support the collection and monitoring trends of Safety Performance Indicators (SPI)

Participate in safety committee meetings and prepare presentation materials

Coordinate the planning of safety promotional activities and awareness campaigns

Support the administration of the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) programme

Maintain and update internal manuals and documentation

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support safety and compliance operations
