Wachter is accepting applications for an Administrative Travel Assistant position for the 2nd shift in our Lowell, AR office. Ideal candidates should have the willingness to learn new skills or possess experience in scheduling travel accommodations & monitoring financials. This position provides project management and operational support.

What you would be doing: Requirements
- Candidate must be self-motivated and able to task switch in a fast-paced environment.
- Shift Schedule will be 11AM to 9PM Saturday through Tuesday; will have the ability to work remotely on Saturdays & Sundays.
- Training is a must for 2 weeks from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday before switching to the hiring schedule.
- Proficient with using smartphones, computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience desired but not a must in CLC, Hotel Engine, SAP Concur, Best Pass and WEX.
What we need: Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel accommodations for employees and management by booking flights & hotel rooms.
- Confirm reservations and distribute confirmations to the traveler.
- Monitor email to answer questions or complete tasks.
- Assist technicians by confirming hours and per diem is paid.
- Assist technicians by adding labor and per diem when needed.
- Assist Project Management with various tasks, including calling sites and confirming permit requirements.
- Create and Submit Expense Reports for field technicians.
- Create and Submit Expense Reports for Management.
- Assist with monthly bills/reports by allocating to job numbers, categories, etc.
- Assist with Fleet billing regarding tolls and violations.
- Monitor Admin Phone Line.
- Assist field techs with Material Purchases.
