Product Marketing Manager
Job description
This role owns how customers discover, adopt and extract value from Setmore's products. From onboarding and feature launches to lifecycle campaigns, product messaging and upgrade journeys, you'll ensure customers understand not just what we've built, but why it matters.
Product Marketing at Setmore sits between Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering. You'll work closely with Product Managers to understand what we're building, identify customer pain points, and translate product capabilities into messaging and campaigns that improve adoption, retention and revenue.
We're looking for someone who thinks beyond launch day. Shipping a feature isn't success - seeing customers adopt it is. You'll continuously analyse user behaviour, identify friction points, improve onboarding experiences and create lifecycle campaigns that help customers get more value from Setmore.
This is a high ownership role where you'll influence product strategy, customer communication and long term product growth.
Roles and responsibilities
Own product positioning and messaging across Setmore's products and major features.
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring customers understand the value behind every release.
Work closely with Product Managers throughout the development lifecycle—not just at launch to ensure marketing is involved early.
Create launch assets including landing pages, emails, in-app messaging, help articles, videos and customer communications.
Build onboarding and activation journeys that help new users experience value as quickly as possible.
Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns that improve adoption, engagement, upgrades and customer retention.
Study product usage data, customer feedback and behavioural insights to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
Partner with Customer Success and Support to ensure launches, messaging and customer education remain aligned.
Measure the effectiveness of launches and campaigns through adoption metrics, engagement, retention and upgrade rates.
Continuously improve customer communication across email, website, in-app messaging and product documentation.
