Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners to grow the company's partnership network.
Develop and manage long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
Present and promote the company's products and services to potential and existing partners.
Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business reviews with partners and their clients.
Organize and participate in business trips to strengthen partner relationships.
Represent the company at industry events, including conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and webinars.
Train partners and their teams on the company's products, services, and partnership programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to support partner onboarding, marketing initiatives, and business growth.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to expand the partnership network.
Maintain accurate partner records and activity updates in the CRM system.
Prepare regular performance reports and updates for senior management.
Achieve individual sales targets, partnership KPIs, and other business objectives.
