We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director to lead our Manufacturing Strategic Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Process and drive the strategic implementation of digital tools to optimize our end-to-end operations. This pivotal leadership role will be responsible for fostering cross-functional collaboration, developing SIOP driven Strategy Roadmaps, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve factory readiness towards the Business Area’s Integrated Business Plan. This role will be a key architect of our digital operational roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: I. Strategic SIOP Leadership
- Strategic SIOP Process Ownership: Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Strategic SIOP process, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational capabilities. Drive a culture of accountability and collaboration across all participating functions.
- Integrated Business Plan Alignment: Ensure the SIOP process directly supports and is integrated with the Business Area’s Integrated Business Plan (IBP), translating high-level business objectives into executable manufacturing plans.
- Executive Communication: Present Strategic SIOP results, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership, providing clear and concise recommendations.
- Performance Management: Define and track key Strategic SIOP performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Establish a data-driven approach to performance evaluation. II. Digital Operations & Transformation
- Manufacturing Digital Roadmap Development: Develop and execute a digital operations roadmap aligned with the overall business strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Strategy & Analytics (Manufacturing Focus): Champion a data-driven culture, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and effective utilization across manufacturing operations. Lead the development of advanced analytics capabilities to generate actionable insights from manufacturing data.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to the implementation of new digital tools and processes. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field with MBA or other advanced degree. Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership in Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Finance with at least 3 Years leading SIOP within Manufacturing. Skills:

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Influence & Collaboration: Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
- Project Management: Expert project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements and key business metrics.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience leading SIOP within a high mix, high complexity factory supporting RF components/subassemblies.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
