Job description

ACG_3674_JOB Our client, a leading company in the poultry farming and egg production industry, is seeking a qualified candidate for the following position. Sales & Business Development Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for liquid egg products to industrial customers. Identify, approach, and develop new key accounts in food manufacturing and industrial kitchen segments. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentation, sampling, negotiation, contract signing, and after-sales follow-up. Achieve assigned sales targets, including revenue, volume, and key accounts. Key Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including Procurement, R&D, Production, QA, and Factory Managers. Coordinate with internal teams, including Production, QA, and Supply Chain, to ensure stable supply, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Handle pricing, contracts, and annual volume agreements with key customers. Market & Product Development Collect market intelligence, including customer demand, competitor activity, pricing trends, and product requirements. Work closely with technical/R&D teams to support product trials, formulation adjustments, and customer audits. Propose new product opportunities or customized solutions for industrial clients. Reporting & Forecasting Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis. Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions when needed. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Agriculture, or related fields. Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in food ingredients, FMCG raw materials, food processing, or food manufacturing industries. Proven experience selling to food factories or industrial customers is a strong advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and key account management skills. Good understanding of food manufacturing processes and quality requirements. Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles. Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
