Licensed Insurance Client Manager - Commercial Lines
Job description
The Client Manager supports the middle market Client Executives in a quickly growing culture of collaboration, mentorship and internal mobility. As part of the commercial team, the Client Manager is responsible for client service and internal support consistent with strong insurance industry standards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist the Account Executive with the account life cycle consistent with industry standards.
- Manage client documentation:
- Invoicing
- Binders
- Policies, endorsements
- Certificates of Insurance
- Surplus Lines Compliance
- Contribute to Client Retention through excellent service and follow through.
- Build and maintain market relationships assisting the Account Executive with marketing activities pre- and post-renewal.
- Prepare written correspondence, reports and analysis as needed and document all correspondence by attaching it in the agency management system (AMS360)
- Work with and assist accounting department on clients' aged receivables and account reconciliation
- Assist team with various presentation preparations, and other projects as assigned.
- May report to either Woodland Hills, CA or Corona, CA offices
- CA P&C Broker License
- Minimum 3-5 years’ insurance industry experience
- Experience using AMS360 preferred
- High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor's’ degree preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation: $80,000-$107,000 commensurate on experience
