Job Title: Project Procurement Manager

Job Location: Athens, Greece

Main Responsibilities

As the overall person responsible for early project involvement and subcontracting support for engineering-service projects delivery fulfillment at the representative office, supporting the success of pre-sales projects and delivery projects.

Responsible for early procurement involvement in sales expansion projects and serving as the procurement owner for project bidding support.

Lead the development of subcontracting resource support plans for major projects/regions.

Monitor the implementation of subcontracting resource support plans for major projects/regions and ensure the achievement of results.

Responsible for daily tasks such as supplier performance evaluation, quality management, and delivery management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commercial/ Business/Financial/Logistics/Engineering etc. or related majors (Engineering service-related background is preferred).

At least 5 years' experience in procurement domain, with knowledge of procurement processes.

Knowledge of engineering-service projects, cost and quality.

Fluent Greek & English\Fluently operate the computer\MS office is a must.

Good communication and teamwork.
