Credit Collections Analyst with Italian

👀 We are looking for an experienced Credit Collections Analyst with Italian.

If you are a seasoned finance professional who thrives on solving complex reconciliation issues and building lasting client relationships, this is the role for you.

What you will do as a Senior Analyst

💼 Manage high-value and high-risk accounts.

🔍 Independently resolve complex reconciliation discrepancies and handle escalated disputes.

📞 Communicate assertively yet diplomatically directly with Italian-speaking B2B clients.

What we are looking for

✅ 2-3+ years of proven experience in B2B Collections, Accounts Receivable, or O2C processes.

✅ Fluent/Native Italian and strong English.

✅ High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
