Director of Engineering

About the Role

Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for an experienced, hands-on and service driven Chief Engineer to lead the Engineering & Maintenance Department within one of our hotels.

As Chief Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, technical installations and building systems operate safely, efficiently and in accordance with Odyssey Hotel Group standards, brand requirements and local legislation. You will lead the Engineering team, manage preventive maintenance, drive continuous improvement and ensure an exceptional guest experience through reliable and well-maintained facilities.

This role requires a proactive leader with excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate professionally in both the local language and English .
