T he Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to oversee and develop our business within Central NSW, covering areas of Forster, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, and Ballina . This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of building premium spirit, mixer and Ready to Drink brands within the various segments of liquor channels.

Disrupt your territory with our high-energy brands that fuel excitement, inspire action, and drive growth with our customers.

Main responsibilities include

  • Driving volume and distribution growth across the portfolio.
  • Maximising key retail ranging and programmes in store.
  • Executing national brand promotions and other activities.
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities.
  • Managing a diverse customer universe and territory with varied reporting and CRM accountability.

This role reports to the State Manager for Queensland who is based in Brisbane, and you will be part of a thriving and hugely successful sales team with an incredible mix of industry knowledge and experience. You will be working with and learning from some of the best the industry has to offer and having a great time doing it!

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar face-to-face sales role.
  • A confident communicator, focused on building long-term relationships
  • Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Innovative approach to winning business
  • A ‘go-getter’ with a positive attitude + entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrated ability and comfortability in working autonomously
  • Flexibility with travel to ensure territory is managed appropriately.
  • Intermediate skill level with MS office suite & a CRM tool
  • A valid driver's license
