Job Purpose
We are seeking a Strategic Account Management leader, Enterprise Sales (Korea) to drive end-to-end key account sales growth and strategic client partnership development for RWS, leverage solid technical expertise and industry technology insights to support clients’ digital business transformation initiatives, deliver tailored technical solution roadmaps, align RWS product portfolio with clients’ long-term transformation goals, and achieve assigned revenue and account expansion targets while maintaining high-level strategic client satisfaction. In this high-impact, visible leadership role, you will define and execute Korea sales strategies to deliver tangible business results for Transform APAC, and align closely with cross-functional teams covering all RWS verticals within the country.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Account Strategy & Client Engagement
- Maintain regular C-level communication & executive support for APAC Transform high-value enterprise deals
- Manage core top strategic key accounts, build long-term trust with enterprise decision-makers; mine incremental account demands, replicate successful client cases to boost vertical market penetration and brand competitiveness
- Lead full-cycle complex enterprise sales: demand identification, C-suite relationship development, solution matching, tender/bid handling, pricing negotiation & contract signing; resolve top-tier deal risks, client concerns and cross-functional barriers
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
- Track industry trends, rival commercial tactics and enterprise procurement preferences; optimize GTM roadmap to hit quarterly & annual sales targets steadily
- Analyze win/loss deal cases, upgrade enterprise sales frameworks and negotiation templates; unify sales opportunity scoring, deal review and commercial risk control standards for the whole sales team
- Recruit & manage SI, ISV and industrial channel partners; set up joint sales mechanisms with ecosystem partners to co-explore vertical opportunities and expand indirect sales reach
Revenue & Margin Management
- Take full ownership of Korea Transform end-to-end sales strategy and all core revenue targets: new customer acquisition, account expansion, upsell & cross-sell; consistently exceed quarterly and annual business quotas
- Oversee full sales pipeline supervision, sales forecasting and continuous sales process optimization
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional alignment across presales, solution, delivery, product, marketing and regional vertical teams. Coordinate client demands, deal resource allocation, pre-sales resourcing and GTM initiatives to advance sales pipeline and deliver key account projects.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years B2B enterprise IT/digital transformation/solution direct sales experience, 5+ years director-level sales management experience in tech solution industry; proven outstanding track record of closing large enterprise strategic deals and achieving sustained revenue over-target delivery.
- Deep client resources and mature C-level relationship network in high-tech core verticals; rich experience in mega enterprise deal negotiation and key account lifecycle operation.
- Solid expertise in enterprise full-cycle sales management, pipeline operation, field team management and channel partner ecosystem construction.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital transformation business, enterprise solution product matrix and industry client pain points, with sharp market insight and commercial business judgment.
- Excellent strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, high-level business negotiation and commercial risk management capabilities; strong business pressure resistance and decision-making ability.
