What You Will Do
As a Supervisor, you will
In this role, you will lead and support a diverse production team while ensuring employees have the tools, resources, and direction needed to meet daily goals. You will assign work, adjust schedules based on production needs, coach employees, address concerns, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
You will also monitor workflow across departments, support production adjustments when schedules shift, help expedite rush orders or customer priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly. This position requires someone who can balance people leadership with operational execution and stay focused in a high-tempo environment.
A strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement is essential. You will help enforce safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized work environment, support Lean and 5S initiatives, track production metrics, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen overall performance.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in industrial sewing, assembly, or a similar manufacturing environment
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing production employees
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety practices
- Experience using MRP/ERP systems for production planning, inventory tracking, or material management
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and respond to changing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel; SmartSheets experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices
- Familiarity with ISO certification standards, quality control processes, or VDA standards
- Forklift experience or willingness to complete certification/training
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%, if needed
