Requirements

• Education: University Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any relevant field).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 5 years of solid experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Industry Background: A strong, proven background working within Real Estate Brokerage companies is an absolute must .
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the local real estate market (experience in New Cairo/Cairo Governorate is highly preferred).
• Ability to work independently and under sales target pressure.
• Strong lead generation and client management skills.
