Regional Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
The Regional Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of local brand activities and customer experience up to three locations (depending on Regional assignment). You will work beneath Regional Marketing Managers to deliver campaign coordination, content development, local insights, administrative support and local event coordinator. You will play an important role in keeping the marketing function organized, on schedule, and producing quality work across partner companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels for assigned partner companies.
- Call Board Reporting: Report up to the Regional Marketing Manager when call board and appointments looks weaker than predicted and support in producing new campaigns (SMS, Email, SEM) to create new opportunities. Vice versa, report when the call board is overbooked so that spend on certain trades can be pulled back to balance demand if needed.
- Content Development: Develop, write, and edit marketing content for social media, email, and web channels. Independently produce marketing materials including flyers, social media assets, advertisements, and promotional content. Coordinate with the Lifecycle team specifically for monthly email campaigns, while maintaining the ability to create and execute email campaigns independently when needed.
- Digital Presence Management: Maintain and review the brands digital presence across website, Google platforms, and other sites to ensure fresh and accurate content and functioning lead sources across all platforms.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and maintain the review platform to ensure reviews are flowing properly, all reviews received a response, and all 1-2 reviews are negotiated for removal
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing partner social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, and engagement monitoring. Stay current on platform trends and provide recommendations.
- Project and Event Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects, events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Coordinate logistics and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth delivery.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team including scheduling, file management, Google administrative tasks such as verification.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics and social media management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude Cowork, Gemini, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach to work

What Onboarding Looks Like
In your first 30 days, you will learn the local business, get up to speed on active campaigns and marketing tools, and begin supporting Regional Marketing Managers with day-to-day coordination and content tasks. By day 60, you will be managing your assigned projects and deliverables independently and contributing to campaign reporting with minimal oversight. By day 90, you are a reliable, go-to resource for the marketing team. Organized, proactive, and producing quality work that helps RMMs and GMs spend more time on strategy and less time on execution details.

- Review Capacity and Lead Flow to Ensure Proper Volume: Success means you are reviewing capacity daily, coordinating with GM and RMM to understand job needs, and driving in the right channels to fill gaps before they become missed revenue opportunities.
- Lead quality and conversion rates stay on track: Success means you are actively monitoring conversion performance, flagging below-trend results early, and taking action to address the root cause before it shows up in the weekly numbers.
- Local reputation and community engagement are actively managed: Success means reviews are monitored consistently, responses go out promptly and professionally, and organic social content is being published on a regular cadence that reflects the brand well. Success means leave-behinds are prepared and deployed, community events are identified and attended, and boots-on-the-ground tactics are executed regularly to build brand awareness and generate leads at the local level.
- Local campaigns and events execute without friction: Success means lifecycle and event marketing activities are planned ahead, coordinated with the central team, and executed on time with no last-minute scrambles or missed deliverables.
- You are a valued contributor to strategy conversations: Success is an RMM and agency team that actively includes you in strategy discussions because of your local knowledge, execution track record, and attention to detail.
