Retail Manager

Advice is hiring for a well-established company in the construction and retail sector seeking a Retail Manager to join its operation in the Caribbean. Will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including sales, financial management, and team leadership, the Retail Manager will play a key role in ensuring efficient front counter sales, maintaining accurate cash balances, and optimizing inventory levels. They will lead by example, organize the store layout, and support marketing initiatives, contributing to a positive customer experience and the achievement of sales targets. Will be in charge of the following areas: Front Counter Sales (enter orders and collect payments). Daily Cash Balancing and Deposits. Inventory and Financial Management. Meeting Sales Goals. Team Leadership. Store Organization. Customer Service. Marketing Support. Process Improvement. Inventory Coordination. Leadership by Example. Requisitos We are looking for a self-driven individual, to fill the role of Retail Manager. With a technical background and sales experience, the ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Technical Education or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Sales Experience in a retail or similar environment. Proficient in English to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Should be willing to move to the Caribbean. Willingness to learn, self-driven, responsible, and open-minded. Demonstrates patience, persistence, and calmness to achieve tasks effectively.
