Clinical Research Site Manager, HBN (2273)
Job description
Our client is seeking an Clinical Research Site Manager to join their Health Brain Network (HBN) team in New York City.

Reporting to the Clinical Director of Research and Assessment, HBN, the Clinical Research Site Manager will drive the operational efficiency and administrative duties of the research site. You will oversee all daily activities and operations, including capacity management, optimized scheduling and flow of participants, facility performance, participant safety, onboarding coordination, and coordination of resources. You will oversee office operations, ensure maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, and liaise with clinical and research leadership to implement interdisciplinary aims following HBN and organizational standards. You will supervise all support staff and the delegation of work tasks throughout the department to ensure proper and prompt completion, ensuring the site is well coordinated and highly productive.
This is is a full-time, exempt, onsite role in the Harlem, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Site Operations & Maintenance – Oversee day-to-day functioning of Harlem and Staten Island offices, including space and resource assignments, inventory management, and HR/Facilities/IT coordination to ensure smooth site operations.
- Operational Leadership & Execution: translate research and clinical direction into daily site operations, evaluate business procedures, and implement process improvements
- Participant Engagement & Service Excellence – Support participant recruitment, wait time management, informed consent processes, scheduling, engagement and satisfaction, and compliance with study protocols.
- Cross-Functional Communication – Facilitate effective communication across teams and external stakeholders.
- Data & Reporting – oversee CRM tools (e.g. Ripple), maintain SOPs, produce reports on site function and study KPIs, and maintain study dashboards
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience managing operations in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. Monday.com).
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records.
Special Considerations
The anticipated salary range for this position is $76,500 – $95,000 USD annually.
