Sales Development Representative - DACH
Job description
Your Role
You will own the German-speaking (DACH) market for our inbound pipeline. Every day you work through the inbound leads that come to Yousign, qualify them, and turn the good-fit ones into sales-qualified opportunities. When a lead is a strong fit, you hand it over to an Account Executive with the context they need to move fast. You sit in the Business Development team alongside SDRs covering France, Italy, Spain and the UK, and you contribute to the team's monthly MRR target.
Your Responsibilities
Qualify inbound DACH leads: respond quickly, assess fit against our ideal customer profile, and convert good-fit leads into SQOs.
Run discovery: ask questions that go past the initial request to understand the real project, the pain points, and the buying context.
Hand off larger opportunities to Account Executives with clean, complete notes.
Keep the CRM accurate and stay on top of follow-ups and timing.
Contribute to the team's monthly SQO and MRR targets.
Your Profile
You speak German at native level (C2) and English fluently (C1). Spanish, Italian or French are a plus.
You are genuinely interested in tech and comfortable talking to technical buyers.
You are organized and structured, and you care about being fast to first contact.
You are curious and dig into a prospect's situation rather than taking the first request at face value.
You want to build a career in Sales.
You use AI tools to work smarter, whether to research prospects, sharpen your outreach, or speed up qualification.
Experience with a CRM or sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, outreach platforms) is welcome but not required.
