Job description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in North Northamptonshire to assist with the appointment of a Tenant Liaison Officer, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay : £13.63 - £17.41 per hour
Summary
The Tenant Liaison Officer to provide a professional front-of-house and tenancy support service within the Business Centre, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and stakeholders. The role involves coordinating tenant enquiries, supporting building operations, managing administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors, providing a professional reception service and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Liaise with internal colleagues, tenants, and external organisations regarding meeting room bookings, catering arrangements, and events.
- Coordinate tenant communications and provide ongoing support for businesses operating within the centre.
- Arrange and conduct viewings of the Business Centre for prospective tenants.
- Complete inductions for new tenants, including issuing keys and access fobs.
- Verify identification, complete trade reference and credit checks for prospective tenants, and assist with tenancy onboarding.
Qualification
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
Essentials
- Previous experience in a customer service, reception, facilities, property, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, visitors, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work with bespoke IT systems.
