Position: Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer

Company Overview

Hoxton Wealth is a global financial services firm with offices across the UAE, US, UK, Australia, Asia, Europe (including Cyprus) and South Africa. The company takes a tech and tax-led approach to financial planning, combining innovative technology with deep cross-border tax expertise to deliver comprehensive wealth management services. With $4.5 billion in assets under management and a growing global client base, Hoxton Wealth is committed to helping clients achieve their financial objectives through personalised investment solutions, cross-border financial planning, and long-term strategies for wealth growth and preservation.

About the Role

This role sits alongside our Chief Revenue Officer, who leads the ongoing growth of Hoxton's international advisory business and is responsible for the delivering of excellence to clients across our global business (UAE, US, UK, Australia, Asia, Europe and South Africa). He works closely with our Global Advice Managers, who support advisers in growing their businesses and delivering an excellent service to clients and he is directly involved in the recruitment of new advisers across our international markets.

A significant part of his focus is developing the next generation of Financial Planners.

Given the pace and international scope of this role, he needs an Executive Assistant who can bring genuine order to a busy, multi-market diary and act as a true right hand across both the administrative and business side of the role.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and business support to our Chief Revenue Officer. The successful candidate will manage his diary and travel across multiple time zones, act as a gatekeeper for his time and provide broader organisational support that allows him to focus on growing our international advisory business and developing our future Financial Planners.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Diary Support

  • Manage and maintain a complex, multi-time-zone diary, prioritising and scheduling meetings across the UAE, US, UK, Australia, Asia, Europe and South Africa
  • Arrange all business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and detailed itineraries for international trips
  • Act as the first point of contact for communications directed to him, screening and prioritising emails, calls and other correspondence
  • Prepare and review documents, reports and presentations ahead of meetings, board updates and adviser or client engagements
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information relating to advisers, clients and internal business matters with discretion
  • Handle expenses, invoices and other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Business & Advisory Support

  • Coordinate and organise meetings and events with Global Advice Managers and advisers across all international markets
  • Support recruitment activity for new advisers, including coordinating interview schedules and liaising with candidates
  • Assist with the coordination of the Pathway Programme, including scheduling of mentoring sessions, structured training and onboarding activity for trainee Financial Planners
  • Conduct research and compile data to support business development and growth initiatives across the international advisory function
  • Act as a liaison between the Chief Revenue Officer and other departments (including Recruitment, Compliance and Paraplanning), ensuring effective communication and follow-through on actions
  • Track ongoing projects and initiatives, proactively following up to ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a demanding, multi-time-zone diary
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across administrative and business priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable picking up internal systems and tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with advisers, senior leaders and candidates across multiple regions
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of a busy, internationally-facing executive

We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Exposure to an international advisory business spanning the UAE, US, UK, Australia, Asia, Europe and South Africa
  • The opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and support the growth of the next generation of Financial Planners
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth
  • A dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative work environment
