Job Title – Marketing Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth. The role is responsible for managing brand strategy, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, customer engagement, market research, and promotional activities while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. Experience within the food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
- Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, and in-store channels.
- Manage seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand activation campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Develop customer engagement and loyalty initiatives to improve customer retention.
- Monitor website performance and digital analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage CRM and customer insights to personalize marketing communications.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify business opportunities.
- Recommend product, pricing, and promotional strategies based on market intelligence.
- Track industry developments and emerging marketing trends.
Commercial & Business Development Support
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and business development teams to support revenue growth.
- Develop local marketing initiatives to increase customer traffic and sales performance.
- Support new outlet launches and expansion projects with targeted marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements to achieve commercial objectives.
Budget & Performance Management
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Monitor campaign expenditures and ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer acquisition, brand awareness, engagement, and sales impact.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for senior management.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing function.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's Degree in Marketing is preferred.
- 7–12 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience within the restaurant, food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
